The Importance of Therapy

Therapy is fundamental to be productive and thriving in life.  No matter who you choose as a therapist the number one thing to look at is rapport.  Some questions to ask yourself: does my therapist hear me?, Am I understood?

What is Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the the awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and body reactions.  Some concerns I have heard from people I have talked to about mindfulness is “ I just don’t have time to sit for 15 min and be mindful” This doesn’t have to be the case.
